Link Your Accounts
You can use »Ê¹Ú¶ÄÇò MyChart to view your health information from other Epic organizations where you have records by linking your accounts.
How to Link Accounts
After you create your »Ê¹Ú¶ÄÇò MyChart account, scroll the Menu on your home page to the Sharing section.
Click on Link My Accounts and search for the organization where your records are stored.
You will need your log-in information for that organization's account to access and link your records.
